Decorating times range between 2-3 hours depending on the package choice!

I’m located in the Richmond, VA area and will drive within a 15 mile radius at no additional cost. Anything outside of that will be an additional $3 per mile!
Certain hotel locations will require an additional $30 parking fee!

To ensure the highest level of quality and preparation, ALL ORDERS ARE REQUIRED to be placed at least 1 week in advance prior to the requested date of service. Orders are recommended to be placed sooner than 1 week, but should be placed at least 1 week before the date of your event to avoid a rush fee!

While earlier bookings are strongly encouraged, we understand that special moments sometimes happen unexpectedly. Last-minute requests made within 1 week may be accommodated based on availability and will include a rush fee. If you need a last-minute setup, please still complete the form, we’d love to see how we can help and will gladly send you a personalized quote.

50% of the total is due at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to the event date!!

All deposits are non refundable. Once you place your order, the order starts processing! Once your last payment has been made, it is non refundable and if you would like to reschedule, we can use that final deposit towards a rescheduled date at no additional cost due to unforeseen circumstances.
